- 1 Croissant, cut in half length wise
- 2 Lg Eggs
- 1/8 C Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
- 2 Pieces Bacon, cooked
- 1 Slice of Pepper-jack cheese, cut in half
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Spray a small fry pan with cooking oil and set aside.
- Butter one side of each piece of bread and place one piece butterside down on a fry pan.
- Add the eggs, cooked bacon
- Prepare the bacon according to the instructions on the package and enjoy.
