BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders with Cheese: The Ultimate Party-Perfect Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls, I use King Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts, I use this skillet seasoned chicken recipe
  • 1/4 C BBQ Sauce, I use Sweet Baby Rays Brand
  • 1/2 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Original
  • 1/8 C Red Onion, diced
  • 8 Slices of Coby Jack Cheese
  • 8 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 6 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 tsp Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 500°F
  2. Cook your bacon in a skillet, or if your have precooked bacon, heat in the microwave, allow to cool and then crumble and set aside.
  3. Use your favorite seasoned chicken breast or follow this recipe for seasoned skillet chicken
  4. Chop chicken into small cubes and place back into the fry pan and pour BBQ sauce over chicken and mix until evenly distributed over the chicken and heated up. Set aside off the heat.
  5. Unwrap the Hawaiian rolls and cut in half lengthways, take the top half off and set aside.
  6. Sprinkle a thin but even layer of the ranch packet over the bread.
  7. Place the pepper jack cheese over the layer of ranch, then evenly spread the chicken over the pepper jack cheese.
  8. Evenly sprinkle the red onion over the chicken along with another thin, yet even layer of ranch powder over that.
  9. Place the Colby Jack cheese over that and place the top of the buns back on to sandwich the fillings.
  10. Place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  11. Melt the butter and add garlic salt and 2 tsp of ranch seasoning, mix together.
  12. Remove from oven.
  13. Brush butter mixture over the top of the buns and place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes, remove from oven and ENJOY!
