- 2 lbs of Flank Steak
- 1/2 C Olive Oil
- 1/3 C Soy Sauce
- Juice of 1 Orange
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/2 C Cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 Jalapeño, minced
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Clean the flank steak with water and trim excess fat, if desired and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, chopped cilantro, minces garlic, minced jalapeños, garlic salt, cumin and pepper, stir with a spoon.
- Pierce the flank steak multiple times with a fork or a knife on both sides of the meat.
- Place meat in marinade for at least two hours, for best results marinade for up to two days prior to cooking.
- To cook, you can either cook on the grill (my favorite), or in a cast iron skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until 160°F (medium doneness) internal temperature.
- Use for filling in your favorite tacos, enchiladas, burritos and ENJOY!
