Chocolate Icing
This Chocolate icing is simple, quick and delicious and goes perfectly over any sheet cake especially our cake brownies we have.

Ingredients

- 1/2 C Butter
- 1 TBSP Water
- 6 TBSP Whole Milk
- 6 TBSP Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
- 1 pound Powder Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine the butter, water, milk and sifted cocoa powder. Bring to a boil and remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- In a medium mixing bowl add sifted powder sugar and pour in ingredients from stove top and mix well with a whisk or hand mixer. Ensure there are no lumps.
- Pour over cake and let set for a few minutes before cutting into cake.
