Alfredo Sauce
- 6 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 3 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 C Fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt, more to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper, more to taste
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Chicken
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut in half
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
Pasta
- 8 C Water
- 1 Box Favorite Pasta, I use Linguini
Instructions
For the Chicken
- In a small bowl, combine all seasonings and set aside.
- Wash with water and filet the chicken and pat dry.
- Coat each piece of chicken with the seasoning and place in a fry pan with oil, turn on to medium heat.
- Cook on each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from oil and let rest for about 5 minutes.
For the Pasta
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add your choice of pasta and cook according to the directions on the box.
- When finished, strain the pasta and for best results, serve immediately with the sauce and chicken.
For the Sauce
- In a large sauce pan melt the butter, then add garlic sauté together until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese and spices.
- Continuously whisk together and reduce until it thickens.
- Serve sauce immediately
