Ingredients

Alfredo Sauce

  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 3 C Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 C Fresh Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt, more to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, more to taste
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Chicken

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)

Pasta

  • 8 C Water
  • 1 Box Favorite Pasta, I use Linguini

Instructions

For the Chicken

  1. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings and set aside.
  2. Wash with water and filet the chicken and pat dry.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken with the seasoning and place in a fry pan with oil, turn on to medium heat.
  4. Cook on each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove from oil and let rest for about 5 minutes.

For the Pasta

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add your choice of pasta and cook according to the directions on the box.
  3. When finished, strain the pasta and for best results, serve immediately with the sauce and chicken.

For the Sauce

  1. In a large sauce pan melt the butter, then add garlic sauté together until fragrant.
  2. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese and spices.
  3. Continuously whisk together and reduce until it thickens.
  4. Serve sauce immediately
