For the meat:
- 2lbs Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
For the sauce:
- 1/2 Yellow onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 C Beef Broth
- 29oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- 29oz Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 2 oz Can of Diced Jalapeños
- 1TBSP Italian seasoning
- 1 TBSP Adobo Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 TBSP black pepper
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 C Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- In a large pan, saute your ground beef and seasonings in a skillet over medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
- Drain the meat and set aside.
- Add garlic, onions, olive oil and bell peppers until soft, do not burn.
- Add ground beef back in pan and stir together, then add tomato sauce, petite diced tomatoes, diced jalapenos, Italian seasoning, adobo seasoning, seasoned salt, and black pepper and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes then turn heat to low and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a separate large pot, cook the macaroni noodles according to the package, al dente.
- Drain the noodles and pour over the sauce and mix until combined.
- Add cheeses and mix well before serving.
