- 1/2 C Butter, salted
- 2 C Sugar
- 1/4 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 C Quick (instant) Oats
Instructions

- Get all ingredients out, including a medium sauce pan, 2 cookie sheets lined with wax or parchment paper a medium mixing bowl and a hand mixer.
- Add 3 C Quick Oats in a medium size bowl and set aside.
- Melt butter in a medium sauce pan on medium heat on the stove top.
- Add sugar, milk, sifted cocoa powder and whisk together until smooth.
- Bring mixture to a boil, and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.
- whisk until smooth.
- Immediately pour over oats and mix with hand mixer until blended (about a minute).
- Using cookie scoop or spoon and scoop even amounts and place it onto the lined cookie sheet. Space them about 2″ apart.
- Place cookie sheet in refridgerator and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes, or until they are solid.
- Devour them and ENJOY!
