The OG of cookies! Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie that melts in your mouth. Bake a batch of these delicious soft peanut butter chocolate chip cookies – easy to make and sure to satisfy! Get the full recipe and instructions for perfect, melt-in-your-mouth cookies.

  • Total Time: 8 minutes
  • Yield: 48 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 C Salted butter
  • 3/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/4 C Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 Lg Egg
  • 3 TBSP Whole Milk
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 1 3/4 C Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 C Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter, milk and mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking soda and salt, then mix until combined. Dough will be thick, I find using my hands work better than a mixer at this point.
  5. Use cooking spray to spray a cookie sheet and set aside.
  6. Take a small cookie scoop, and scoop even amounts onto the cookie sheet, roll them into balls and space them evenly apart, about 2″.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and ENJOY!
