Giant Snickers Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft, gooey, and loaded with chunks of real Snickers—these cookies are next-level indulgence. Perfect for when you’re craving something BIG, bold, and totally delish.

1 C Butter, Softened
1 1/4 C Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs, room temperature
1 Large Box Vanilla Pudding
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
11 oz Snickers Bar, cut into small pieces
10 oz Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 365°F
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a large cookie sheet.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt with a whisk or sift it and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter (softened) and sugars until light and fluffy (about 3 mins).
- I will soften the butter in the microwave prior to using.
- Add one egg at a time, mixing thoroughly with each addition.
- I will bring eggs to room temperature by placing them in warm water after immediate removal from the fridge.
- Add vanilla extract and vanilla pudding mix and mix until combined completely.
- Add about ½ of the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well. Then add the other ½ of flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and snickers pieces and mix until evenly distributed.
- Scoop and weigh dough at 4oz, roll in balls and place on lined cookie sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes before cooking.
- Remove from freezer and place into pre-heated oven.
- Bake at 365F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and drizzle caramel over the top of the cookie.
