Healthy Turkey Veggie Omelet – High-Protein, Low-Carb Breakfast Done Right

This Turkey Veggie Omelet is the perfect way to fuel your day—packed with lean protein, colorful vegetables, and plenty of flavor. It’s a quick and easy low-carb breakfast that keeps you full and energized without the extra calories. Ideal for busy mornings, meal prep, or a post-workout boost!
Ingredients

- 3 Lg Eggs
- 1/4 C Cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Optional toppings (I use them all):
- Zucchini, diced
- Squash, diced
- Asparagus, diced
- Onion, diced
- Broccoli, diced
- Turkey, diced
- Garlic Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, crack eggs, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and whisk together, then set aside.
- Dice up your desired veggies and turkey meat and set aside.
- Take a small fry pan, place on medium heat, add oil and veggies.
- Sprinkle some garlic salt and ground black pepper over the veggies and sauté until they are slightly soft and bright in color and onions translucent.
- Pour whisked eggs over the top of the veggies and allow to cook for a few minutes, until most of the egg is set.
- Take a spatula and flip over to the other side and allow to do the same.
- Place your shredded cheese on one half of the eggs and flip the other side over to make a half circle.
- Continue to cook for 1 minute and then flip to the other side until completely cooked.
