Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Lg Eggs
  • 1/4 C Cheese, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

Optional toppings (I use them all):

  • Zucchini, diced
  • Squash, diced
  • Asparagus, diced
  • Onion, diced
  • Broccoli, diced
  • Turkey, diced
  • Garlic Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, crack eggs, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and whisk together, then set aside.
  2. Dice up your desired veggies and turkey meat and set aside.
  3. Take a small fry pan, place on medium heat, add oil and veggies.
  4. Sprinkle some garlic salt and ground black pepper over the veggies and sauté until they are slightly soft and bright in color and onions translucent.
  5. Pour whisked eggs over the top of the veggies and allow to cook for a few minutes, until most of the egg is set.
  6. Take a spatula and flip over to the other side and allow to do the same.
  7. Place your shredded cheese on one half of the eggs and flip the other side over to make a half circle.
  8. Continue to cook for 1 minute and then flip to the other side until completely cooked.
  9. ENJOY every bite!
