Ingredients

  • Butter, I use Land o Lakes or Challenge butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized sauce pan add the desired amount of butter and turn on heat to medium heat.
  2. Allow the butter to melt and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat to medium-low heat and cook for another 8-9 minutes until you start to see brown bits at the bottom of the pan.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature and use in your desired recipe or try this awesome browned butter chocolate chip cookie recipe.
