Ingredients

- 1 C Butter, room temperature
- 1 C Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 3/4 C Flour
- 1/3 C Caramel, I melt down 12 Kraft Caramels with 12 tbsp of milk or heavy cream
- 1 1/2 C Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 C Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 C Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Cream together butter and sugarson high for 2 minutes.
- Mix in eggs vanilla until just combined.
- Add salt and baking soda, mix until just combined.
- Add flour at 1 C at a time and mix between additions. This will be a thick batter.
- Melt caramel and allow to cool a bit before adding to the batter.
- Add cooled caramel, almonds, toffee and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Scoop using a 1 TBSP scoop and place them on a prepared greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9 minutes and Enjoy!
Notes
I use Kraft brand (affiliate link) caramels and melt them down with 1 tbsp of heavy cream or milk, but if you have a thick caramel sauce use that.
