Indulge in Delicious Caramel Ribbon Crunch Cookies – A Sweet Treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 C Butter, room temperature
  • 1 C Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 3/4 C Flour
  • 1/3 C Caramel, I melt down 12 Kraft Caramels with 12 tbsp of milk or heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 C Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 C Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 C Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
  2. Cream together butter and sugarson high for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in eggs vanilla until just combined.
  4. Add salt and baking soda, mix until just combined.
  5. Add flour at 1 C at a time and mix between additions.  This will be a thick batter.
  6. Melt caramel and allow to cool a bit before adding to the batter.
  7. Add cooled caramel, almonds, toffee and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  8. Scoop using a 1 TBSP scoop and place them on a prepared greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 9 minutes and Enjoy!

Notes

I use Kraft brand (affiliate link) caramels and melt them down with 1 tbsp of heavy cream or milk, but if you have a thick caramel sauce use that.
