Lasagna Roll-Ups: A Fun and Delicious Twist on Classic Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Barilla Lasagna Noodles, cooked
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 C Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 C Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, McCormick Brand
  • 4 C Marinara Sauce, I use Classico Brand

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  2. In a large pot, cook lasagna according to the directions on the box, remove from boiling water and place them on tin foil to dry and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 C Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, the seasonings, then chop the parsley and stir until completely combined.
  4. Spray a 9”x11” casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and spread 1 cup of the marinara sauce over the bottom of the dish.
  5. Take 1 lasagna noodle and spread a layer of the cheese mixture from end to end and roll the pasta up.
  6. Repeat for the remaining lasagna noodles.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and cook for 35 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes until lightly golden. Garnish with parsley to make it pretty and ENJOY!
