Moist, Delicious Banana Bread

- 1 C Salted Butter – room temperature
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Bananas, mashed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla
- 2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Buttermilk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- Grease two bread pans with real butter and dust with flour and set aside.
- Combine the butter, sugars and mix well with a hand mixer.
- In a seperate small bowl combine the bananas, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a seperate small bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.
- Add the banana mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Then alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk. Starting and ending with the flour mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- When finished turn over onto a wire rack and let cool OR eat it hot and ENJOY!
