Moist, Delicious Banana Bread

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 C Salted Butter – room temperature
  • 1 1/4 C Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 C Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 C Bananas, mashed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 C Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease two bread pans with real butter and dust with flour and set aside.
  3. Combine the butter, sugars and mix well with a hand mixer.
  4. In a seperate small bowl combine the bananas, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. In a seperate small bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.
  6. Add the banana mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
  7. Then alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk. Starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  9. When finished turn over onto a wire rack and let cool OR eat it hot and ENJOY!
