- 3 – 8.5 oz boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix, regular or honey
- 3 Lg Eggs
- 1 C Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 C Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 C Sugar

- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F and get ready to prepare a delicious treat!
- Grease a 9×13″ baking dish with real butter and set aside.
- Pour the jiffy corn bread mix into a large mixing bowl and add the eggs, buttermilk, cheese, and sugar.
- Mix well with a hand mixer and pour the batter into the pre-greased pan.
- Drizzle 1/3C honey over the uncooked batter and swirl it with a toothpick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking it after 18 minutes. Be sure not to over bake for a super moist and delicious result.
