Parmesan Ranch Chicken
This dish has incredible flavor, is tender and soo juicy. I love to pair it with Garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and a glass of chardonay. Enjoy!

- 6 Chicken Breasts, Fillet (cut in half, longways)
- 1 C Panko Crumbs
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1TBSP Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 C Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 C Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Take out two mixing bowls, one will be for the ranch dressing and one for the panko crumb mixture.
- Using a sharp knife and cutting board fillet each chicken breast (cutting each breast in half longways) and set aside.
- In one mixing bowl, combine panko crumbs, paresan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix together and set aside.
- Make the ranch dressing from Hidden Valley Buttermilk recipe or use a premade buttermilk ranch dressing. Pour into a bowl where you can easily dip the chicken into it.
- Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Take one chicken breast filet at a time and dip it in the ranch and then into the panko crumb mixture and place it on the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
- Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and spoon butter over the top of the chicken evenly.
- Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches 160° internal temperature.
