- 1 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Butter (1 stick), softened
- 1 C Peanut Butter
- 1 C Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Lg Egg
- 1 TBSP Vanilla
- 1 TBSP Milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
- In a medium bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar.
- Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix by hand, hand mixer etc until combined.
- Add flour mixture and mix until all flour is combined, mixture will be thick.
- I like to make these small, so I use a 1 tablespoon cookie dough scooper to create even sized balls.
- Get a cookie sheet and spray it with non-stick spray.
- Evenly spread dough balls on cookie sheet at least 2” apart.
- Using a dinner fork, press fork down into the top of the dough, then repeat in a cross pattern on each ball.
- Bake at 350°F for 8 1/2 minutes and ENJOY every bite.
