- 3 Large Russet Potatoes, washed and cut in thin slices
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and slice the russet potatoes into thin slices.
- In a large fry pan, add the potatoes, oil, cumin, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, and olive oil and toss to coat all the potatoes evenly.
- Place on stovetop over medium heat and cover with a lid.
- Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, flipping potatoes every couple of minutes so they don’t burn.
- Cook until potatoes are translucent and golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite breakfast items and ENJOY!
