- 2 Medium sized Avocados
- 1/4 C Red Onion, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, diced (or if you want it super spicy use a 1 Serrano pepper)
- 1/4 C Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Roma Tomato, diced
- 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
- 1/2 of a Lime, juiced (about 2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed, scoop the avocado pulp and put it into a large bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Dice the onion, tomato and add it to the bowl.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
- Chop the cilantro and add in.
- Add seasonings and lime juice and mix until blended well.
- Add additional salt if needed, serve with chips, or on your favorite tacos or burritos and ENJOY!
