Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

- 3 C Flour
- 2 TBSP Pumpkin Spice
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 C Salted Butter, at room temperature
- 1 C Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 C Granulated Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs, at room temperature
- 2 C Canned Pumpkin
- 1 TBSP Vanilla
- 1/4 C Buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Grease and dust 2 bread loaf pans. If you have smaller pans this will make 2 loafs.
- In a medium bowl, sift to combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt. Set aside
- In a large bowl cream butter and sugars together. Should take about 3 minutes.
- Add one egg at a time mixing between each addition.
- Add Canned pumpkin and vanilla, mix well.
- Slowly add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Mix in Buttermilk.
- Divide evenly into two bread pans.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
