Pumpkin Bread

Best Starbucks copycat recipe you will get. So full of flavor, moist and delicious. Is perfect to go with your morning coffee or a holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 C Flour
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 C Salted Butter, at room temperature
  • 1 C Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 C Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 C Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 1/4 C Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Grease and dust 2 bread loaf pans. If you have smaller pans this will make 2 loafs.
  3. In a medium bowl, sift to combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt. Set aside
  4. In a large bowl cream butter and sugars together. Should take about 3 minutes.
  5. Add one egg at a time mixing between each addition.
  6. Add Canned pumpkin and vanilla, mix well.
  7. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix well.
  8. Mix in Buttermilk.
  9. Divide evenly into two bread pans.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
