Easy bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich with fluffy scrambled eggs and melty cheese on toasted bread—ready in minutes and full of flavor!

- 2 Slices of Bread
- 2 Slices of Bacon, cut in half
- 2 Lg Eggs, scrambled
- 1 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 1/4 C Shredded Cheese, Mexican blend
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon: In a small pan over medium heat, fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Set it on a paper towel to drain the grease.
- Scramble the Eggs: Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk well. Pour into a greased pan and scramble until fully cooked (no runny parts). Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prep the Bread: Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Build the Sandwich: In a skillet, place one slice of bread butter side down.
- Layer on the shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, provolone cheese, then top slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill the Sandwich: Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, flip and cook the other side until golden and melts.
- Serve and ENJOY: Remove from the pan, slice if you’d like and enjoy that melts crispy goodness.
