- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 C Shredded cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Crack open all the eggs and place them in a medium sized bowl.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper directly into the bowl over the eggs.
- Whisk with a fork until completely combined.
- Pour in a greased, medium sized fry pan and turn on stove top to medium heat.
- Use a spatula and continuously scrape the bottom of the pan as it cooks.
- Continue to stir until eggs are no longer runny, add cheese and mix until melted.
- For best tasting eggs serve immediately and ENJOY!
