- 1 C Heavy Whip Cream
- 1 C Sugar
- 2 TBSP Hershey’s Cocoa
- 2 TBSP Karo Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
After Mixture is cooked and removed from Heat
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 1 TBSP Vanilla
Instructions
- Get a 8” x 8” dish, line with parchment paper, butter the paper and set aside.
- In a medium sized sauce pan, over medium heat, add heavy cream, sugar, cocoa, salt and karo syrup and mix.
- After mixture comes to a boil, turn heat down to low heat.

Constantly stir until mixture reaches 235°F
- Remove from heat and pour into a heat protected bowl and add butter and vanilla.
- Beat with hand mixer for 10 minutes, until creamy.
- Pour into prepared dish and allow to cool until set, about 2 hours.

- Cook Time: 1 hour
