Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 C Salted butter
  • 3/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/4 C Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 Lg Egg
  • 3 TBSP Whole Milk
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla
  • 1 3/4 C Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 48 Mini Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter, milk and mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking soda and salt, then mix until combined. Dough will be thick, I find using my hands work better than a mixer at this point.
  5. Use cooking spray to spray a mini muffin tin and set aside.
  6. Take a small cookie scoop, and scoop even amounts into the muffin tin, then roll them into balls.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes.
  8. While baking unwrap your Reese's candies and place them on a napkin.
  9. Immediately after timer goes off, take them out of the oven and press one Reese's cup into the center of each cookie.
  10. Let cool, and ENJOY!
