These Caramel Chunk Rice Krispies are next-level delicious—soft, chewy marshmallow bars loaded with caramel chunks and finished with a rich caramel and chocolate drizzle. Easy to make, perfectly gooey, and packed with sweet flavor, they’re the ultimate no-bake dessert for parties, holidays, or anytime your sweet tooth strikes.

 

  • Total Time: 7 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Butter, melted

  • 8 1/2 C Mini Marshmallows , divided

  • 2 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 C Kraft Caramel Bits

  • Caramel Drizzle

  • Chocolate Drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a large pot melt the butter over medium heat. 
  2. Add 7 1/2 cups of the marshmallows and pour into the pot stir until melted and then add vanilla, stir until combined. 
  3. Add the rice crispys and stir until completely combined. 
  4. Add the other cup of marshmallows and caramels and stir until evenly distributed and remove from heat. 
  5. Spread evenly over a parchment lined baking sheet and allow to cool. 
  6. After it is completely cooled cut into squares and drizzle each piece with melted caramel and chocolate.
