- 1 Loaf French Bread, store bought or use this recipe for home made.
- 1/4 C Butter, softened
- 1 TBSP Garlic Salt
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese, freshly shredded
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 525°F
- Slice the bread in half long ways.
- Evenly spread the butter over each of half of the bread.
- Then evenly sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning over the butter.
- Shred the mozzarella cheese and spread your desired amount over the seasonings.
- Bake for 5 minutes, watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn.
- Remove from oven, slice and ENJOY!
