Ingredients
- 1 lb Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
- 3 Jars Classico Creamy Alfredo
- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cooked
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1 C Broccoli (Optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Instructions
- Boil penne pasta in a large pot for the instructed time that is on the package. Drain with a strainer and rinse with warm water. Place back in pot and set aside.
- Wash and cut broccoli. Steam the broccoli for 7 mins on stove top, then when done, set aside.
- Pour all three jars of sauce into a sauce pan and warm up on medium heat until hot.
- Add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper, stir until well combined, after heated set aside.
- Cook chicken with this recipe or use already prepared chicken.
- Add chicken, broccoli, sauce to the penne pasta and mix until pasta is evenly coated with sauce.
- Pour all ingredients into a 13×9 in pan and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover with foil.
- Bake on 350° for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Serve with garlic bread and ENJOY!
Notes
My favorite brand of pasta is Barilla, and it is what I use. There are a lot of things that I don’t use brand names for but this is not one of them.
I also love the flavor of the Classico brand creamy alfredo, my favorite next to homemade.
The best thing about this dish is that you can use any chicken. I love to use cooked chicken seasoned on a skillet, but any will do. If you would like to use my skillet chicken recipe, click here.
