  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes, washed and cut in thin slices
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the russet potatoes into thin slices.
  2. In a large fry pan, add the potatoes, oil, cumin, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, and olive oil and toss to coat all the potatoes evenly.
  3. Place on stovetop over medium heat and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, flipping potatoes every couple of minutes so they don’t burn.
  5. Cook until potatoes are translucent and golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite breakfast items and ENJOY!
