- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 1/2 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 – 1/4 C Milk (Optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whip butter on high for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Sift in powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until completely combined.
- Add vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Sift unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until smooth and light in texture.
- To thin out the batter add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency
- Use for your favorite cakes, cup cakes or cookies and ENJOY!
